Bill has over 35 years of finance and accounting experience and was a leader in bringing mortgaged-backed securitizations to the tower industry. He has been the CFO of several publicly traded companies and has extensive experience growing both public and privately held tower companies.
Prior to co-founding Tarpon Towers, Bill was the EVP and CFO of Global Signal, Inc. where he led the company through the industry’s first mortgage-backed securitization and an initial public offering, all while growing the company from 2,000 to 11,000 towers. Previously, Bill held executive-level positions at WJ Communications, System One Services and Danka Business Systems.
Bill began his career at Arthur Andersen & Co. and earned a Masters Degree in Accounting from Florida State University and a BS in Accounting from the University of Kentucky.

Brett has worked on both the carrier and infrastructure sides of the tower industry for over 20 years. He has been COO of Tarpon since 2008 and is responsible for daily operations and results in critical areas of tower development, acquisitions, and leasing. Brett joined Tarpon from Clearwire US, LLC, where he managed network deployment activity in multiple markets across the US. Previously, Brett held executive-level positions with Global Signal, Inc. after beginning his career with Sprint PCS and SpectraSite Communications.
Brett earned his A.B. in Economics and Political Science from Brown University and his J.D. from Vermont Law School.

Gail has 25 years of finance and accounting experience working for both public and privately held companies. She has been CFO of Tarpon since 2008, where she is responsible for accounting, finance, tax and human resources. Prior to joining Tarpon, Gail was the Director of Finance & Investor Relations for Global Signal, Inc., where she assisted in the structuring and negotiation of complex financial investment transactions, including an initial public offering.
Gail started her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP and earned a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of North Florida.

Ken has over 13 years of wireless services and telecom infrastructure experience and has held key executive management, operational and business development positions in the wireless industry.
He joined Tarpon in 2020, where he is responsible for business development, marketing and managing carrier relationships. Before joining Tarpon, Ken was a VP and Partner at Infinigy Solutions where he spent 9 years leading their national growth until its sale. Previously, Ken served as the in-country development manager for a Cambodian tower company in Southeast Asia and project manager for New York based Independent Towers.
Ken holds a B.A. from Manhattan College.

John has over 25 years of experience in the wireless industry holding executive positions at both infrastructure companies and carriers. He joined Tarpon in 2014, where he is responsible for strategic and build-to-suit new site development, operations and vendor management. Prior to joining Tarpon, John was the VP of Acquisitions and Operations at TriStar, a privately held tower infrastructure company, where he helped lead the company’s growth until its sale. Previously, John held executive positions at Crown Castle, T-Mobile, and General Dynamics.
John earned his B.S. from the University of Pittsburgh.

Todd has 15 years of industry experience managing tower leasing, site development and acquisitions. He joined Tarpon in 2009, where he is responsible for co-locations, lease management, site acquisitions and new site development. Todd joined Tarpon from AT&T Towers, where he was the Team Lead of the Tower Leasing Department, managing the leasing workflow on approximately 10,000 US cell sites. Previously, Todd was with Global Signal, Inc., working on the portfolio securitization and managing co-locations and tower leasing in the northeast US.
Todd earned a B.S. from Florida State University, a Juris Doctor from Hofstra University, and a Master of Laws from Loyola Law School.
